The materials on this web site are provided by Ethics International Business & Trade Inc. as a service to our customers and interested parties.  The site is intended for informational purposes and for the convenience of our customers to purchase, receive and enquire about the aveoTSD anti-snoring device.  We are committed to providing you with the best information possible to help deal with your snoring / sleep disordered breathing problem.  However, sleep disordered breathing is a health issue, and it is highly recommended that you seek medical advice if you feel you have this problem.

Our site has been developed with your privacy and security in mind – see Purchasing and Privacy Policy below.

Trademarks and Patents:

The aveoTSD is a registered trademark of Innovative Health Technologies Ltd. NZ (New Zealand).  Patents for the aveoTSD have been registered in Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

Distribution and Availability:

The aveoTSD is available to customers directly via this website or through retailers in your area, including pharmacies, dental practitioners, naturopaths, medical advice suppliers and others. In accordance with FDA regulations, individuals in the United States require a prescription from their medical practitioner.

PURCHASING

Privacy and Credit Card Security:
We, Ethics International Business & Trade Inc., are committed to protecting the personal information provided to us by our customers, associates and business partners.  It is important to us to create trusting customer / client relationships.  Purchasing information, including credit card details, will not be disclosed to any third parties unless obligated by law.  We are compliant with Canadian personal privacy standards to ensure a safe and secure website – See our security and privacy policy below for more details.

Order & Payment Methods:

We accept multiple methods of ordering and payment.  You may purchase conveniently online using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  As specified, all information gathered will be in compliance with our security and privacy policy.

Or, you may choose to place an order using mail, email or fax.  Print out our online order form, and mail, email, or fax the order to Ethics International Business & Trade Inc. Be sure to enclose or forward payment (check, money order or credit card number).  For your and our protection, we will require that cheques be cleared by our financial Institution before processing the order.  There is a $25 service charge on all returned checks.

Order & Payment Methods for Retailers:

Retailers, medical practitioners, and clinics ordering and shipping information can be accessed by clicking on the Retailer link on the www.aveosleep.ca homepage.

Guarantee of Satisfaction & Refund:

We will replace any defective or damaged product(s) received directly from Ethics International Business & Trade Inc., provided that the product is returned within 7 days of being received by recipient, i.e. a customer or business client.  The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging with the original invoice/packing slip and securely wrapped.

If you have a change of heart and decide that the product is not what you were looking for, we will refund your purchase, provided that it is unopened and is returned within 7 days of being received by the recipient.  The unopened product(s) is to be returned with the original invoice/packing slip, and securely wrapped to prevent damage.  Product(s) that are damaged or opened will not be refunded, because these cannot be restocked and/or resold.

Ethics International Business & Trade Inc. shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user, excluding the shipping abd handling cost.  The shipping costs for any returned product(s) is the responsibility of the recipient.

Ethics International Business & Trade Inc. or any of its associates shall NOT be liable for any damage, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use or inability to use the aveoTSD anti-snoring device.

Deliveries:

We are committed to processing your order(s) as rapidly as possible.  However, delivery will be dependent on your selection of shipping method, which can be selected when ordering.  The standard delivery time is 2 – 7 working days. There is the option to have the product(s) delivered quicker via courier services.

Applicable Taxes, Duties, and Laws:

Within Canada, the Good and Services Tax (GST) will be applied.  Recipients of the product(s) outside of Canada are responsible for paying the applicable taxes and duties in which they live and receive the goods.

Ethics International Business & Trade Inc. takes no responsibility for the recipient’s requirement to comply with local laws associated with the purchase of medical devices such as the aveoTSD, including the payment of the required taxes and duties.

Mutual Responsibility:

It is our commitment to the customer with the best possible service possible. In turn, we trust that our customers purchase our product(s) in good faith and with no intent of being fraudulent.  We, Ethics International Business & Trade Inc, reserve the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons, and cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate.

PRIVACY POLICY

We, Ethics International Business and Trade Inc. (Ethics International), take ‘Customer Security and Privacy’ very seriously, be it personal or business.

We are committed to protecting any information provided by its customers. This policy explains the types of customer personal and/or business information we collect, how it is used, and the steps we take to ensure that this information is handled appropriately and securely.  We are committed to be compliant with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Your personal/business information is protected based on the Canadian Standards Association’s model, which is followed below.

We do not unknowingly collect personal information about you on this site. Any information that is collected comes directly from you including, but not limited to when you provide purchasing information. Credit card details and personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties, unless obliged to do so by law.

Personal information is information that refers specifically to that information that is provided by you electronically, fax, mail or phone. Personal information may include name, address, telephone number, as well as credit records and banking information.

We are committed to ensuring that our information practices meet standard Canadian regulatory privacy requirements, as outlined by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Your personal information is protected based on the principles identified within PIPEDA – see below.  Please bear in mind that as a customer you also have certain legal obligations, similar to any other purchasing experience.

Ethics International collects only the information required to provide products and services to you. If the information we require is collected for a reason other than to provide products and services, your consent will be obtained before or at the time the information is collected.

5. Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention
Ethics International uses and discloses your personal information only for the purposes it was collected. Ethics International does not sell or rent personal information to any other organizations or persons. In addition, Ethics International will only retain your personal information for as long as it is required for our business relationship or as required by federal and provincial statute.

Ethics International keeps your personal information up to date and accurate for its intended use. You may request access to the personal information we have on record in order to review and amend the information.

Ethics International uses electronic security and physical security measures to protect your personal information. We require all of our employees and third party agents to maintain strict confidentiality.

Ethics International will provide you with clear and understandable about its policy and practices related to how we manage your personal information.

9. Individual Access
Individuals have rights to request access to their personal information stored by Ethics International. This information will be provided through Ethics International’s Customer Services.

Ethics International will respond in a timely manner to your questions and concerns about the privacy of your personal information.

Information use for improving customer servicing

Although Ethics International tracks user patterns on our website, we do not correlate or break down this information to the individual customer level.  We use this tracking information to understand what aspect of our site is and is not working for the customer, so that we can improve our services to our customers.  Information on user activity and interests may be aggregated and used for marketing purposes.  However, this will be done in a manner so as to not compromise our security and privacy commitment to our customers.  As we have stated, we will not share information about individual users with any third party, except where required by applicable law.

We may use the information we collect from you to allow you to participate in the site information exchange activities including news, product updates, and user discussion groups.  We will provide every opportunity for you to have your name removed from our email list and/or discussion forum list.  You may also get your name removed from these lists by contacting Customer Service directly.

In certain instances we may use cookies to assist store information that you have provided us.
